There is an AirPort-Hotel Shuttle running between the (Fairmont) Royal York Hotel, on Front Street, back and forth to the Airport. It is a paid bus service, not related to the Royal York hotel.

At the Royal York, its ticket booth and pick-up point are located just outside of the hotel on York Street.

At the Airport, Customer Service Representatives are positioned at all 3 International Terminals, and have the following locations within each Terminal:

• Terminal 1 - Location #1 - Arrivals Level (Follow "Ground Transportation" signage). We are located on the opposite side of Currency Exchange just before the escalator to the Ground Level)
• Terminal 1 - Location #2 - Ground Transportation Level (Follow signage to "Ground Transportation"). We are located at the base of the escalator to the left. Sign reads Airport Express & AGTA.
• Terminal 2 - Located Curbside at Area #18
• Terminal 3 - Located Curbside at Area # 27
